Logo refresh, property marketing brochure and email campaign for office building, One East Pratt Street, in Baltimore, MD. I redesigned the previous logo to translate into something cleaner and more versatile, without having to do a total rebrand to save costs. I also designed a property brochure to visually highlight the enhanced tenant experience of the building through a focus on health and wellness, as well as created an email campaign with easily interchangeable content to go along with it (one email in the campaign shown).
