High-level investment summary flyer and two (2) offering memorandums for an eight (8) property Multifamily Capital Markets Investment Sales portfolio deal in three (3) states. I was tasked with designing these pieces of collateral so they could cohesively and comprehensibly portray the different market, property and financial data for each state and the properties within them. Since this was a very content-heavy project, I relied on clean formatting for easily adjustable content, and color to differentiate the offering memorandums for each state.
